EUROPEAN Orders (outside the UK but within the EC):

In the unlikely event of goods requiring to be returned we have established a returns procedure which has been designed to cause you minimum inconvenience.
Suspected faulty Item(s): In the first instance please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the problem (see our contact us page for details). Items which are confirmed as faulty must be returned within the warranty period. If the item is diagnosed faulty by our technicians, we will do our best to provide a replacement within 3-5 working days providing the item is in stock.
Item missing or incorrect item(s) sent: Should you receive goods that do not correspond with the description of the ordered goods then you should contact us either by phone or email (see our contact us page for details) within 3 working days of receiving the order.
Signing for items: All items must be checked on delivery before signing for the item. If the item looks damaged, please refuse the delivery and call us immediately (see our contact us page for details).
Damaged item(s): For mail order goods only. If you receive a damaged item, call us within 48 hours of receiving the order (see our contact us page for details). A replacement will not be sent until the damaged item has been returned and checked.
Unwanted or Incompatible item(s) or Withdrawal from contract: As per the EU Directive June 2014, if you bought the item(s) online and you are a private person buying for your personal use, then you may cancel your purchase at any time within 14 days of receipt by informing Desire RC Ltd in writing (email, fax or letter) and we will give you a refund of the price paid including postage. It is a pre-condition to our acceptance of unwanted goods that they are returned in an unused condition, complete in the original un-opened packaging and in a re-saleable condition. In order to return the goods to us (at your own cost) you must contact us to confirm you intent to do so.
The return will be authorized once the reason for return has been established and confirmed, you should then return the goods at your own cost and risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items reach us safely and in a satisfactory condition. We recommend that you take out insurance cover and that the goods should be sent by recorded or registered post or with a reputable courier. We cannot accept any liability for goods that are damaged in transit and would recommend that you ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged to prevent this from happening. No refund shall be given if the goods are not received by us as stated above.
When returning Items:
All returned items must be in original packaging. Desire RC Ltd will not be liable for any damage to items caused by inadequate packaging of the returned goods which have been sent to Desire RC Ltd.

- Your original order number
- Details of why you are returning the item
- If you wish to use your statutory right of "Withdrawal" then you need to confirm this in writing and sign the document
- All packaging, manuals and cables.
